Mindfulness Drop In Groups for Organisations



Give yourself permission to escape the 'doing' and busyness in your day. Learn how to skilfully manage the ruminations of the mind and stress reactivity through connecting with the peace of the present moment.

The experiential focus of the group offers each of us the chance to learn from direct and shared experience. One of the greatest benefits of being in a group in this way is the realisation that we are not alone in our struggle; that our way of experiencing is common to us all.  This can offer a sense of relief and self acceptance - a place from which change and healing can take place.


    Mindfulness helps us to develop the skill to become more present in our lives and to choose our responses to challenges instead of being hijacked by our reactions. When we learn to let go & accept what we cannot change, with compassion and kindness, we can experience relief, clarity & well-being.
