Confidentiality and Code of Ethics

I have a deep respect and commitment to the BACP ethical framework and for my own set of personal and professional values. The acceptance of the contract between client and counsellor or client and coach defines our work together and differentiates between ‘helping' and counselling or coaching.

Professional Supervision

As part of my commitment to ensuring professional standards and to working with my clients to the best of my ability, I have regular professional supervision with a BACP accredited supervisor. Client confidentiality is upheld at all times, with exceptions to confidentiality clearly stated before work commences.

Commitment to On-Going Personal and Professional Development

I am personally committed to lifelong learning and believe that the development of self awareness and self esteem are the most important factors to achieving inner freedom and our fullest potential. The journey of self awareness is life long, and I believe my commitment is congruent when working with my clients towards their own growth and potential.
